Why Betony?

Betony is a British wildflower of meadows and hedgebanks: one upright stem, topped with a spike of purple flowers. It is said BET-uh-nee.

For hundreds of years it was one of the most prized healing herbs in Europe, the plant people turned to first when something went wrong. It was planted in churchyards for protection, and trusted to calm fears in the night.

"Sell your coat and buy betony."
An old Italian saying

Why it fits

That is the job. Hello Betony is the first call when the beer stops pouring right: a calm voice at eleven at night, and an engineer sent only when one is needed.
